We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through calls are used solely to provide the requested service — such as sending a confirmation text or notifying the business of an urgent matter.
If you call a business that uses Nova's AI receptionist service, you may receive one automated text message per call, confirming that your message was received. Message frequency is limited to messages directly related to your call — we do not send recurring or marketing text messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our clients' businesses.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below.
Call information is retained only as long as necessary to provide service to our business clients and is not used for any purpose beyond facilitating communication between callers and the businesses they contact.

Nova Marketing Agency provides AI receptionist and related communication services to business clients. These terms govern use of our SMS messaging service by end users who call our clients' businesses.
By calling a business that uses Nova's AI receptionist and providing your phone number during that call, you consent to receive a one-time SMS confirmation related to that call.
You may opt out of receiving future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
Nova Marketing Agency provides this service on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier network issues.
